Job Description
- Handle the entire transaction cycles for sales (from order processing to payment collection)
- Manage order booking, stock checking, daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup and issue invoices.
- Assist in quotation or indoor sales inquiries in the absence of sales representative
- Coordinate with various departments to make sure delivery is on time.
- Apply certificate of original for selected shipments
- Properly document/ file in SAP system.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any field
- Min 3 - 5 years' of working experiences in indoor sales support/ customer service/ logistics
- Good knowledge in Incoterms
- Good knowledge in Letter of Credit
- Experience and knowledge in using SAP system
- Experience in shipment arrangement
- Good communication skills in English & Malay
