<li>Manage order booking, stock checking, daily shipping schedules and dispatching trucks for freight pickup and issue invoices.</li>
<li>Assist in quotation or indoor sales inquiries in the absence of sales representative</li>
<li>Coordinate with various departments to make sure delivery is on time.</li>
<li>Apply certificate of original for selected shipments</li>
<li>Properly document/ file in SAP system.</li>
