&nbsp;- Prepare and manage shipping and trade documents, including invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit. - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth import/export operations. - Track shipments and update delivery schedules as needed. - Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies. - Handle tariff classifications, HS codes, and duty calculations. - Maintain records of international transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. - Support internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) with trade-related queries. - Address and resolve shipping delays or discrepancies.
