<li>Manage, guide, and monitor the team in job declarations to ensure accuracy and timely completion.</li>
<li>Oversee and follow up on job declarations, keeping internal team members and stakeholders updated on the status of all awarded jobs accordingly.</li>
<li>Ensure all job details and information are accurately updated into the Company’s system/platform.</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manage all payment and invoicing processes related to disbursement arrangements.</li>
<li>Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System and standard operating procedures.</li>
<li>Provide leadership, support, and coaching to the team to achieve departmental and company goals.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by superior or management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
