Our client is seeking a manager to oversee the exploration of outlet properties, post-decision processes, and all related negotiations and management with various stakeholders from property acquisition to outlet opening. 
Job responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Gathering and investigating information on potential new store locations, negotiating with landlords, and building relationships.</li>
<li>Acting as a negotiation contact point for matters related to store facilities (in collaboration with relevant departments).</li>
<li>Negotiating, managing, and troubleshooting with relevant agencies for obtaining licenses (preference given to experienced candidates).</li>
<li>Handling negotiations and communication with external parties, such as government offices, police, and contractors, after the opening of new stores.</li>
<li>Managing hostels, negotiating with landlords, handling renewals, and exploring new opportunities.</li>
<li>Undertaking special tasks as directed by top management.</li>
<li>Reviewing contracts, negotiating and managing contract renewals related to the above.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Acting as the company’s representative to handle and negotiate disputes with landlords (in coordination with relevant departments depending on the content).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serving as the company’s contact point for external agencies, handling negotiations and communications.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
