customer according to expectations.
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to oversee the onboarding
process for new customers.
Proactively monitor customer developments and prepare for the proposed
changes.
Assist Business Development Manager or Country Head of Commercial in
negotiating with the customer regarding the contractual agreement and in
renewing the contract upon expiration.
Conduct regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to
manage and strengthen the contractual relationship and foster partnership.
Track and analyses customer’s performance monthly and prepares reports of
performance vs KPI by customers.
Provide support for other ad-hoc assignments to support the team and company
goals
Qualification & Language Skills:
University degree in Marketing/Business/Management / Engineering or
equivalent
Required Languages: English and Malay Language, proficiency in Mandarin is a
plus.
Knowledge & Years of Experience:
Minimum 4 years of working experience in the corporate sales, key accounts or
area, experience gained from logistics, FMCG or food and beverage industries
would have definite advantages.
Experience in industries of Logistics/Warehouse should be an advantage
Skills & behaviours:
Excellent commercial and communication skills.
Proactive and positive approach to customers externally and internally.
Strong mathematical/statistical and presentation skills
Highly proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
Capable of utilizing Business Intelligence tools.
