customer according to expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to oversee the onboarding&nbsp;&nbsp;
process for new customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Proactively monitor customer developments and prepare for the proposed&nbsp;&nbsp;
changes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Assist Business Development Manager or Country Head of Commercial in&nbsp;&nbsp;
negotiating with the customer regarding the contractual agreement and in&nbsp;&nbsp;
renewing the contract upon expiration.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Conduct regular meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to&nbsp;&nbsp;
manage and strengthen the contractual relationship and foster partnership.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Track and analyses customer’s performance monthly and prepares reports of&nbsp;&nbsp;
performance vs KPI by customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 Provide support for other ad-hoc assignments to support the team and company&nbsp;&nbsp;
