Overview

As a HR intern, you will be involve in recruitment which provide support in end – end recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre- screening, schedule interview as well as evaluate candidate, candidate mapping, build candidate pipelines.

What you need to involve:-

• Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting a high volume of reference checks to the shortlisted candidates
• Work closely with superior to provide administrative support, such as daily report, recruitment trackers, attendance trackers, etc.
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Excel , Microsoft Words , Power Point.
• Required language(s): Mandarin / English / Bahasa Malaysia
• Prefer Mandarin Speaker Candidate due to Market Audience more to Mandarin Speaker
• At least 3 months internship duration
• Outspoken & sales-driven personality
• With laptop
