<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>
<p>As a HR intern, you will be involve in recruitment which provide support in end – end recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre- screening, schedule interview as well as evaluate candidate, candidate mapping, build candidate pipelines.</p>
<p><strong>What you need to involve:-</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.</li>
<li>Conducting a high volume of reference checks to the shortlisted candidates</li>
<li>Work closely with superior to provide administrative support, such as daily report, recruitment trackers, attendance trackers, etc.</li>
<li>Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.</li>
</ul>
