 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mass hiring roles (from sourcing to offer stage)
• Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Sell job opportunities and company value proposition to candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up closely
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
• Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs

Job Requirements

• Has experience in recruitment is preffered
• Experienced in a sales-related role is highly advantage (Eg: telesales, property, retail, etc.)
• Proficient in speaking and written Chinese language due to target clientele
• Strong sales mindset — confident in pitching roles and closing candidates
• Target-driven, resilient, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment independently
• Highly organized and proactive
