<li>Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms</li>
<li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability</li>
<li>Sell job opportunities and company value proposition to candidates</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up closely</li>
<li>Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate onboarding</li>
<li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets and KPIs</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs</li>
</ul>
