What you'll be doing:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates
• Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience 
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage applications
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Work closely with the recruitment team on hiring strategies and projects
  

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Physchology, or related fields
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
