Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• F&B Talent Hunter | 餐饮人才猎头 🎯
  Take charge of full-cycle recruitment specifically for the F&B industry—finding the right stars for our kitchens and service teams.
  负责餐饮行业的全周期招聘——为我们的厨房和服务团队寻找最合适的明星人才。
• Payroll & Attendance Mastery | 薪资与考勤管理 💰
  Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management with high accuracy (we'll show you how AI makes this easier!).
  高度准确地管理薪资结算、考勤追踪和请假管理（我们会教你如何利用 AI 让这一切变得更简单！）。
• Professional Documentation | 专业文件处理 ✍️
  Prepare formal letters (Offer, Confirmation, Termination, etc.) and maintain staff records in our signature "1 line English, 1 line Chinese" format.
  准备正式信函（录取信、转正信、离职信等），并以我们标志性的“一行英文，一行中文”格式维护员工档案。
• External Liaison | 外部机构对接 🏛️
  Liaise with 3rd party authorities like Immigration (for foreign workers), JTK, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS to ensure 100% compliance.
  联系第三方机构，如移民局（处理外劳事务）、劳工局 (JTK)、公积金局等，确保公司 100% 合规。
• AI Workflow Integration | AI 工作流集成 🤖
  Willing to learn and use AI tools to automate repetitive documentation and improve HR efficiency.
