<li>Organize and uphold employee documentation, employment agreements, and personnel files.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Aid in payroll processing by gathering attendance, overtime, and benefit information.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor regulations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and legal obligations.</li>
<li>Supervise office administration and daily operations within the office environment.</li>

<li>Facilitate office maintenance, utility services, and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Assist the China Project Manager or the management team with administrative tasks and coordination.</li>
