Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management and staff development initiatives
• Manage training and development programs
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities (e.g., Hari Raya gatherings, festive celebrations, team bonding events)
• Coordinate company events and ensure strong employee participation and engagement

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience in payroll and HR systems
• Strong event planning and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
