You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.&nbsp;So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleResponsible to plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team (Penang &amp; Perak) to achieve the corporate objective and desired result.<ul><li>Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategize the positioning of key pivotal initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region’s production targets.</li><li>Identify insights/ trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key pivotal initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or acquire on-ground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc</li><li>Familiar and be a product specialist for key products e.g. Takaful, General Insurance, Private Retirement Scheme, and Mortgage, while collaborate with Agency Performance team to drive cross-selling in support of Total Health Solution &amp; Total Wealth Solution strategy.</li><li>Handle day-to-day agency BAU activities e.g. end-to-end coordination of agency recruitment, embedding digital tools, etc.).</li></ul>Job Requirements:Education: Tertiary education in any field of studies.
