About the Role

Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess reimbursement claims (outpatient & inpatient) cases in accordance to requirements & benchmarks.

  • Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals

  • Liaise with relevant parties and stakeholders for a smooth and thorough claims assessment.

  • Maintain awareness for potential fraudulent activities and conduct further investigation to mitigate risk.

  • Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing

  • Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements

  • Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

  • Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes

  • Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage to support Chinese nationals that are based in Singapore.

  • Good communication and decision-making skills

  • Self-motivated and customer-driven

  • Sound problem solving skill
