About the Role

As a Reporting Analyst within Group Cloud Operations, you will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing insightful reports. This role is responsible providing key operational metrics to group IT operations leadership and all domain leads within cloud operations. To become successful in this role, you would need to have an eye for identifying anomalies in large data sets and independently provide insights and recommendations based on your observations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with various Group Office teams, AIA Business Units and internal delivery teams on service reporting deliverables and requirements.
  • Liaise with AIA partners and internal delivery teams on service reporting.
  • Consolidate and prepare daily / weekly / monthly / ad hoc operational reports across various service lines (i.e. operations, service level, capacity, service performance etc.).
  • Provide data analysis and strategic insights on service improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Create operational reports and dashboards for use in service delivery management.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in analytical role
  • Proven record in providing enterprise grade reporting in complex, multi-tower environment
  • Solid experience with MS Excel and integration of visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Ability to work systematically with multiple data sets and reports simultaneously
  • Good understanding of IT operating model design and best practices.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow reporting capabilities
  • Experience with reporting related to public cloud services is considered as an advantage
  • Experience providing IT operational reporting is considered as an advantage
