To take all practicable steps to see beyond the service request and ensure full needs of the customer and delivering the services, with mentorship of people manager or team leader.</li><li>Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements.</li><li>Attend &amp; get certified for development plans identified to up skill and for personal development as per the planned timeline.</li><li>Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational requirements.</li><li>Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times are met or exceeded in timely manner.</li><li>Forward thinker in ensuring all required task and activities are recorded in relevant system accurately and promptly.</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree from Business Management or relevant background.</li><li>Experience: At least 2&nbsp;years of experience in Insurance Operations.
