Our Team

AiChat is a leading AI-powered conversational CX platform,  helping businesses enhance customer interactions. We are seeking a  creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in growth  hacking and B2B SaaS marketing to join our Jakarta team. This role is  key in driving growth and strengthening our market position. Work with a  diverse team across APAC and the U.S., gaining exposure to  international markets.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.</li>
<li>Growth Hacking Strategy: Design  and implement innovative growth hacking strategies to rapidly increase  brand awareness, user acquisition, and conversion rates.</li>
<li>Lead Generation: Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing campaigns to attract and convert high-quality leads.</li>
<li>Brand Management: Oversee brand identity, PR, and communications to enhance reputation.</li>
<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align strategies.</li>
<li>Content &amp; Events: Lead content creation, social media, event planning, and video projects to boost engagement.</li>
<li>Marketing Automation: Utilize tools to streamline campaigns and optimize performance.</li>
</ul>
