You will need to manage carrier gas operations safely and efficiently, aligning with customers’ requirements. The role emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, and performance.<h2>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</h2><ul><li>Develop and manage maintenance programs in collaboration with maintenance teams to enhance operational reliability.</li><li>Monitor production and maintenance performance metrics, analyze reports, and address operational issues effectively.</li><li>Apply statistical analysis to identify corrective actions and improve processes.</li><li>Implement strategies to boost operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while meeting customer expectations.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and closure of work orders.</li><li>Oversee monthly maintenance schedules and provide progress updates to management.</li><li>Coordinate with teams to minimize unplanned downtime and reduce equipment failures.</li><li>Manage predictive maintenance processes, spare parts inventory, and overall inventory control.</li><li>Promote safety practices, near-miss reporting, and compliance with MOC and Safe Work Permits.</li><li>Maintain accurate plant documentation, including operating manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Support HSE compliance, IMS audits, and liaise with regulatory authorities to meet legal requirements.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives and align maintenance activities with operational goals to reduce downtime and ensure efficiency.</li><li>Review Group technical documents for operational compliance and implement actions to achieve full compliance for safety and reliability of processes</li></ul><h2>Are you a MATCH? </h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering field.</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience, with maintenance planning experience being an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with field troubleshooting experiences.</li><li>Knowledge of process equipment and maintenance management practices.</li><li>Proficiency in data analytics and interpretation</li><li>Great interpersonal skills, adept at communication and maintaining relationships at all levels, including customers.</li><li>Willingness to travel quarterly across Sarawak (Bintulu) as required.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, multi-site operational environment.</li></ul>**We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
