Job Description
- Improve overall production yield, Quality, delivery and costs.
- Effective in managing & supervising people, providing safety and SOP training.
- Execute & coordinate the daily inspection, maintenance, repairing and upgrading of equipment and machinery.
- Provide innovation ideas to improve the production process – Kaizen activity.
- Prepare & submit production reports regularly as required.
- Work closely with Production Manager to resolve ongoing production issues.
- Participate in audit preparation.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping at the production area.
- Other ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic).
- Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Technical Troubleshooting, Quality and Management.
- Good leadership.
- Computer literate.
- Prefer SME manufacturing sector and Japanese manufacturing sector
- Need someone with strong technical background and can hands-on
- Prefer someone with strong knowledge in PLC
