Job Description<h3>Job Purpose</h3>We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern to join our CAMO Planning team at AirAsia X. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance planning and control systems, contributing to the operational excellence of one of the region’s leading long-haul low-cost carriers.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Learn and understand the core functions of the Planning Department within CAMO, as defined in the CAME and EPM Volume 4.</li><li>Shadow and support Planning Executives in their day-to-day operations.</li><li>Assist in reporting completed line and base maintenance activities into the AMOS system.</li><li>Support monthly filing of completed task cards and documentation.</li><li>Help review, track, and monitor spare parts requisitions and work card requirements.</li><li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Planning Manager in support of departmental goals.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3>Education<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field (Recognized institution).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>No prior working experience required.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong interest in aviation maintenance and planning</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to AMOS system is a bonus</li><li>Eagerness to learn and take initiative</li></ul> We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
