Qualification
Diploma in any discipline from recognized institution with minimum of 3 years experiences in
engineering / training field OR Aircraft Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance.
Responsibilities
1) Ensure the validity of mandatory training for all maintenance staff including the training records.
2) To nominate all maintenance staff for mandatory training (initial / recurrent).
3) To send the notification to all maintenance staff for their training Schedules.
4) To monitor and check the training attendance list for database and rescheduling purposes.
5) To liaise with the maintenance crew team leader or lead engineer to ensure the availability of
the staff to attend the training.

7) To keep the traceability of the mandatory training records.
8) To develop training materials for internal training purposes.
9) Any other task as assigned by the immediate superior.
