As a builder, you will turn concept sketches into full technical packages that contractors and workshops can use, helping our projects move from idea to fitted space. You will create clear drawings, coordinate with teams, and refine details so installations run smoothly.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings for interior fitouts, including plans, elevations, and joinery details.
• Prepare shop drawings and cutting lists so the workshop can fabricate pieces without rework.

Coordination & Site Work

• Conduct site measurements and record site conditions to update drawings and flag installation issues early.
• Communicate technical changes with clients, contractors, and the production team in Mandarin and clear written notes.

Quality & Documentation

• Check drawings against client briefs and material specs to keep installation quality consistent.
• Maintain version control and handover complete documentation for each project.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• About 3-5 years of experience in interior fitout drafting or cabinetry detailing for retail or residential projects.
• Portfolio or work samples showing detailed joinery, shop drawings, and completed fitout documentation.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with ability to produce shop-ready drawings.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, materials, hardware, and basic M&E coordination for interiors.
• Hands-on experience with site measurement, production drawing preparation, and version control.
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin for client and supplier communication.

• Keep high attention to detail to prevent fabrication and installation errors.
• Communicate clearly, manage feedback professionally, and work well with workshop and on-site teams.
