There was rain, there was thunder, there was lightning, and there was Aleph.</div><div><br>Aleph is a striking group of craftsmen specialized in strategy, design, technology, and marketing. We work together to plan, write and produce internet, mobile, and desktop solutions for the most daring set of clients. **Bold** clients who see the future and engage Aleph as their rocket fuel.</div><div><br>Although Aleph has grown from a garage operation to a staff strength of 450 and growing, we still maintain a boutique company feels and culture. This is what bonds us and yet frees us enough to apply our unique talents, to deliver functional and flexible solutions, to dream big and to make it happen.</div>

Our Story 

<div>First discovered in 2006 the Alephian is a rare species. Its outer appearance allows it to blend in easily with a distant cousin, the Homo Sapien. Though they look alike, there are key differences pertaining to their intellect, creativity, and grit. A highly collaborative species the Alephian loves to gather together and exercise great creativity to accomplish large difficult projects for its counterpart in the natural hierarchy: *"the client"*.</div><div><br>The Alephian's natural habitat is in the mobile and internet space where its nimble fingers and outstanding control of Wacom pens create beautiful websites, apps, and campaigns.</div><div><br>A peculiar characteristic is an Alephian ability to communicate relevant information consistently. This is highlighted by a Friday morning tradition where they gather around food and exchange knowledge. This appears to be an effort to become a better group of species.</div><div><br>When not at work, Alephians can be found enjoying Southeast Asia’s beautiful resorts and beaches, planning a theme party or cycling together. And if you ever walk by, put your hand up. Alephians love giving high fives.</div>

You’ll handle all core human resources functions and be a guardian of our employer brand. <p>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>

<li>Establish proper and honest external employer branding to attract top talents in the digital, creative and technology ecosystem in Malaysia</li>
<li>Execute end to end recruitment process with aim to provide the best practice supporting the onboarding and offboarding life-cycle stages</li>
<li>Enable internal employer branding to effectively communicate Aleph company culture to all employees</li>
<li>Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to support and drive functional business processes by providing human resources expertise that enhances communication, and facilitates the design of strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.</li>
<li>Familiar with application of work pass and dependant pass application and knowledge about  Malaysia Labour law</li>
<li>Supervise employee business travel booking&nbsp;</li>
<li>Payroll and compensation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leaves management&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise general administration and full spectrum of HR and Admin functions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise, plan execute company events with other team members</li>
<li>Create and maintain regional and local sheets and reports&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor employees&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain office equipment (hardware and software)</li>
<li>Maintain Office filing systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be a mentor to HR Assistant and Recruitment Specialist</li>
<li>Studio Maintenance</li>
