Job Description

We are building a premium lifestyle–wellness brand across hydrogen wellness, water purifiers, air purifiers, and home wellness appliances.

This role is a high-ownership execution lead who works directly with the Founder to turn strategy into structured systems and real-world execution.

You will own operations, workflows, brand readiness, and launch execution across retail and business functions. This is not a PA role — this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building structure, fixing processes, and driving outcomes end-to-end.

1) Operations & Systems

• Own daily operational execution and continuous process improvement
   
• Set up and improve SOPs across orders, fulfilment, inventory, logistics, and after-sales
   
• Coordinate deliveries and basic inventory tracking
   
• Liaise with certification bodies, logistics providers, and service vendors
   
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
   
• Build simple internal systems (Google Sheets, Notion, dashboards, checklists)
   
• Prepare logistics and operations readiness for retail launch
   

2) Brand & Launch Execution

• Own showroom readiness and in-store execution standards
   
• Coordinate showroom setup, signage, retail assets, and launch readiness
   
• Ensure operations align with brand positioning and customer experience
   
• Support in-store campaign readiness and execution
   

3) Business Support & Research

• Conduct market, product, and competitor research
   
• Translate strategy into execution plans, timelines, owners, and KPIs
   
• Prepare reports, summaries, and structured action plans
   
• Support product rollouts and showroom launch planning
   

4) Founder Execution Support

• Act as execution partner to the Founder
   
• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end
   
• Drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives
   
• Reduce operational friction and improve decision efficiency

Job Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, startups, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce
   
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to build systems from scratch
   
• Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
   
• Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks
   
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
   
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
   
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Mandarin is a bonus)
   
• Comfortable working directly with a founder and handling ambiguity
