Job Description

To drive the SME On-Boarding program.
Develop training curricula and material for GBTB sales and service programs.
Provide learning & development support in the development & review of learning material relevant to business needs.
Has an understanding of e-learning techniques, and be involved in the creation, assessment or delivery of e-learning packages.
Provide advice to line managers and design learning programs to meet business strategies.
Work with external learning consultants to customize learning programs according to business requirements.
Facilitate proper training on Audit feedback and Compliance issues for Sales/Business units.
Communicate refreshers to Sales to reinforce compliance to programs and policies, credit, business and regulatory requirements.
Coaching and mentoring, if required
