Manage and oversee the business and operational functions of the Academic Affairs, Team, including ensuring achievement of business targets, operational efficiency, programme excellence, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder management, while managing the team’s performance and wellbeing.&nbsp;
This includes planning, strategising, managing and monitoring across the end-to-end operations such as student affairs, classroom logistics, learning experience, trainer and syllabus management as well as partnership management.
