Job Description

Manage and oversee the business and operational functions of the Academic Affairs, Team, including ensuring achievement of business targets, operational efficiency, programme excellence, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder management, while managing the team’s performance and wellbeing. 

This includes planning, strategising, managing and monitoring across the end-to-end operations such as student affairs, classroom logistics, learning experience, trainer and syllabus management as well as partnership management.

Soft Skills & Non-Technical Requirements

  • Energetic and passionate about people and culture transformation in the corporate and education sectors, strong interest in soft skills education, eager to learn, with excellent work ethics, communication skills and personal culture.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in operations, with exposure to stakeholder and partnership management across institutions such as universities, schools, or corporate organisations.
