Job Description

Design and execute our global annual (mainly virtual) L&D agenda (incl. inspirational monthly virtual learning highlights, quarterly webinars on strategic topics, new ideas are welcomed!).

Develop and deliver comprehensive virtual functional and non-functional programs, drive further automation of mandatory training (e.g. via assignment profiles).

Collaborate strongly with external vendor (OpenSesame) in maximizing usage of best-in-class learning programs, in line with organizational needs and general L&D trends.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and employee adoption.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Identify new ways of AI usage in speeding up training creation, supporting manager coaching or other.

Manage New Manager Onboarding Workshop process globaly.

Conduct global training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development and cultural change.

Promote and communicate our learning efforts within and outside of the organization for internal and external employer branding.
