Our Culture

<li>Design and execute our global annual (mainly virtual) L&amp;D agenda (incl. inspirational monthly virtual learning highlights, quarterly webinars on strategic topics, new ideas are welcomed!).</li> <li>Develop and deliver comprehensive virtual functional and non-functional programs, drive further automation of mandatory training (e.g. via assignment profiles).</li> <li>Collaborate strongly with external vendor (OpenSesame) in maximizing usage of best-in-class learning programs, in line with organizational needs and general L&amp;D trends.</li> <li>Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives and employee adoption.</li> <li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.</li> <li>Identify new ways of AI usage in speeding up training creation, supporting manager coaching or other.</li> <li>Manage New Manager Onboarding Workshop process globaly.</li> <li>Conduct global training sessions, workshops, and webinars.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning &amp; development and cultural change.</li> <li>Promote and communicate our learning efforts within and outside of the organization for internal and external employer branding.</li>
