Job Description

• Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D designs for exhibition booths, events, and interior layouts.
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and clients to understand design requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare layout plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and construction drawings for production and fabrication.
• Develop creative booth concepts and design proposals based on client briefs and branding guidelines.
• Ensure all drawings meet project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Make necessary design amendments based on feedback from clients or internal teams.
• Maintain an organized database of drawings and project files.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements when required.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the event and exhibition industry.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• 1–2 years of working experience in exhibitions, events, or similar industries. 
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to visualize spaces in 3D/ techdraw
• Good time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the exhibition, events, or interior design industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel or work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
•  Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
