Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

Plan, schedule, and manage timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained


Product Handling

Inspect products prior to delivery to ensure quality standards are met

Safely handle, load, and unload items to prevent damage

Customer Interaction

Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner

Office Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment

Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and equipment is in good working condition

Inventory Support

Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring proper storage practices

Support stock organization and accuracy

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and daily operations

Prepare reports as required to support operational tracking and improvements


Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or office administration is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
