Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for set up, installation, repair and maintenance of the Alarm & CCTV system at the client’s premises and ensure that the system is working properly upon installation (including overall checks).
• Performing end-to-end installation from organizing wires to ensuring that the systems are functioning properly and are in compliance with local code and regulations.
• Ensure all maintenance and technical issues are resolved promptly and on schedule when servicing clients.
• Lay wires, install alarm system, CCTV and/or any other security systems when assigned.
• Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outside contractors.
• Ensure that the working site is cleaned up after duty has been completed.
• Collaborate with cross-functionals teams to ensure smooth integration of the security systems into the existing building systems.
• Work independently and work as part of a team where necessary.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations with high responsibility.
• Fulfil all other ad-hoc duties that are assigned or that are relevant to the job.

• 完成所有分配的或与工作相关的其他职责

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical wiring / cabling and alarm system and / or CCTV and / or e-lock systems
• Responsible, independent person with can-do attitude who is good at troubleshooting and has high problem-solving skills.
• Service-minded individual who prioritizes client’s satisfaction.
• Uphold a positive and proactive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work on-site and possibly work outstation / travel locally a few times per month.
• On 24-hours Stand-By-On-Call at designated sites that may be assigned to you. (OT Provided)
• Must be able to speak Mandarin fluently with basic English to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

• 能够在指定地点24小时待命。（有 OT）
• 必须能够流利地说华语和，或广东话，并具有基本的英语沟通
