Job Description

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Field Sales Executive to expand our retail and pharmacy distribution network. This role combines business development, account management, and in-store execution to drive sales growth and brand visibility.

You will be responsible for developing new accounts, negotiating product listings, managing quotations, and ensuring strong merchandising standards across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and develop new retail and pharmacy accounts
     
  • Present products, negotiate listing agreements, and secure shelf space
     
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to close deals
     
  • Execute in-store merchandising, display, and promotional activities
     
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with stores
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers
     
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
     
  • Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
     
  • Ensure strong brand presence and visibility at store level

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Retail, Pharmacy, or FMCG industry
     
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and achieve sales targets
     
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
     
  • Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
     
  • Willing and able to travel frequently within assigned territories
     
  • Basic reporting and Excel skills
     
  • Must possess own transport and valid driving license
