Job Purpose

This role supports the growth of agency brands by managing client coordination, assisting in sales planning, and ensuring accurate sales reporting. This role serves as a key link between brand principals and internal teams to drive sales programs, market execution, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Brand Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between agency brands and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
  • Support execution of sales programs, marketing events, in-store displays, and trade activities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with brand principals and internal stakeholders.

Sales Planning & Performance Support

  • Assist in business planning for assigned brands, focusing on sales revenue growth, active listings, and share of shelf/space.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare insights to support sales strategy improvements.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Consolidate month-end sales reports, Advertising & Promotion (A&P) claims, and related documentation.
  • Ensure sales data accuracy and timely submission to brand principals.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience (FMCG experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
