Job Description
- Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators (especially China market)
- Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups for group bookings and packages
- Promote theme park products, packages, and seasonal campaigns to increase ticket sales
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or theme park industry
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, particularly when engaging with international clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and events when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with CRM systems or sales reporting tools
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
