Company Story

We are at the beginning of an exciting time with five committed openings across the KLCC/ TRX area by Q2, 2026, each with its own identity, culinary profile, and guest experience to deliver. These new concepts will form the foundation of our multi-brand ecosystem, giving our team members the opportunity to explore diverse roles, learn new skills, and build versatile careers within a single group. We are also actively working with international F&amp;B brands entering Malaysia for the very first time, and bring fresh global concepts into the local dining scene.

<li>Maintain sharp and consistent mise en place throughout the day to ensure smooth service.</li>
<li>Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant at all times.</li>
<li>Receive incoming goods, assist with stock rotation, and check for quality and freshness.</li>
<li>Run primary cooking stations such as fry, sauté, grill, and signature items with accuracy and confidence.</li>
<li>Support junior cooks or teammates when needed to maintain steady service flow during peak periods.</li>
</ul>

This job is for a Commis Chef/Line Cook who prepares ingredients and runs cooking stations in a busy kitchen. You might like this job because you’ll get to hone your cooking skills while working in a fast-paced team environment.
