Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems
• Assist in processing of purchase requisition.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensure global reporting deadlines are met.
• Perform basic financial analysis and reporting tasks
• To maintain proper filling system to ensure all documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Assist in preparing document for audit, tax and ISMS purpose.
• Participate and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in exploring and applying AI tools to improve accounting workflows and reporting efficiency
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required by head of department.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Outlook, Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Exposure to AI-powered tools for accounting, data analysis, or workflow automation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Internship position for duration of 3-6 month(s).
