Job Description

• Leadership in Accounting, Auditing, and Department Management
• Development and execution of financial policies for the organization
• Strategizing financial budgets to enhance the operational efficiency of the Group of Companies
• Keeping records and receipts for all business transactions
• Generating financial reports and assessing them to improve financial standing and resource allocation
• Creating balance sheets, invoices, and related documents
• Overseeing transactions, detecting discrepancies in invoices, and monitoring bank deposits and payments
• Pinpointing cost-saving opportunities to maximize profits
• Supporting management with budgeting, tax planning, forecasting, and investment strategies
• Collaborating with regulatory agencies and auditors to facilitate year-end closing procedures
• Leading financial audits
• Conducting regular financial analyses and addressing any issues
• Preparing monthly reports, including Profit and Loss, Management, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow
• Managing banking operations and related tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, with CMA/ACCA qualifications preferred
• 3-4 years of experience, including some time spent in a logistics or supply chain organization
• Proficiency in SQL, Windows, and Microsoft applications
• Essential skills: Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Strong communication skills in English
• Understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Taxation
• Experience in interacting with statutory organizations such as SSM, EPF, LHDN, etc.
