Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To establish and maintain professional, effective and efficient communication within the business operations.
  • To assist the Operation and Services Manager in daily work report.
  • To support daily eCommerce merchant operations and enquiries. 
  • To be responsible for all merchant KYC, profile setup and account maintenance.
  • To monitor daily activities of eCommerce merchants to control risk and minimize fraud transactions.
  • To solve eCommerce problem and complaints and provide timely solutions. 
  • To communicate with eCommerce merchants and partners closely to solve day to day operational issues and to ensure high customers satisfaction.  
  • To review reports and operational procedures to develop new ideas, methods to improve processes, revenue and profitability.
  • To be constantly aware of market trends and competitor actions to improve competitiveness.
  • To prepare required reports in a timely manner.
  • To maintains a firm, fair and healthy working relationship with all staff members.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in equivalent field.
  • Min 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar capacity. 
  • Banking or financial related or regional operation experience will be advantages.
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Service and results oriented
  • Proactive and self motivated
  • High standards of personal and professional discipline.
  • Alert, quick-thinking approach to problem-solving that is developed through past work experience.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin
  • Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration that commensurate with working experience and qualification.
