Responsibilities:

<li>To establish and maintain professional, effective and efficient communication within the business operations.</li>
<li>To assist the Operation and Services Manager in daily work report.</li>
<li>To support daily eCommerce merchant operations and enquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To be responsible for all merchant KYC, profile setup and account maintenance.</li>
<li>To monitor daily activities of eCommerce merchants to control risk and minimize fraud transactions.</li>
<li>To solve eCommerce problem and complaints and provide timely solutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To communicate with eCommerce merchants and partners closely to solve day to day operational issues and to ensure high customers satisfaction.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To review reports and operational procedures to develop new ideas, methods to improve processes, revenue and profitability.</li>
<li>To be constantly aware of market trends and competitor actions to improve competitiveness.</li>
<li>To prepare required reports in a timely manner.</li>
<li>To maintains a firm, fair and healthy working relationship with all staff members.</li>
