What do you do?

• The intern will be guided by a Compensation & Benefits team lead and will be involve in Human Resources spectrum such as Time Management, Employee Life Cycle and other HR ad-hoc project.
• He/she will have the opportunity to take part in HR process improvement initiative

Job Requirements

• Currently completing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, psychology, professional certificate or equivalent
• Required 3 - 6 months internship
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong desire to learn
• Good team player
