Job Description

📍 Location: IOI RIO, Bandar Puteri, Puchong
🕒 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 10am - 6pm

• Assist in daily HR operations, including staff onboarding, offboarding & maintaining employee records. 
• Handle leave management and attendance tracking, and maintain HR databases. 
• Support recruitment activities — coordinating interviews, arranging schedules, preparing documents, and updating staff files.
• Assist in general administration, including office management, documentation, and correspondence.
• Support management in scheduling, preparing reports, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with company SOP and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Provide overall HR & admin support to management and assist in other tasks assigned.
   

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those eager to learn.
• Basic understanding of Malaysia labour laws and HR processes.
• Mandarin is a must, with the ability to understand English and Malay. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Responsible and well-organized, able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. 
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
