<li>Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and staff databases.</li>
<li>Support the HR team in manpower planning and forecasting for outlets.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and walk-in interview sessions.</li>
<li>Ensure timely replacement of staff to maintain outlet manpower levels.</li>
