The Junior HR Executive role offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions and provides valuable learning opportunities in a dynamic environment. This position supports the HR department with the following responsibilities:
1) Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Post job advertisements and screen resumes for office staff vacancy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant departments.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct onboarding briefings and ensure new hire documentation is complete.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
2) Employee Records &amp; HR Administration
<ul>
<li>Maintain up-to-date employee records (including licenses, training logs, and certifications).</li>
<li>Process attendance, leave applications, and update the HR system accordingly.</li>
</ul>
3) Payroll &amp; Benefits
<ul>
<li>Assist in gathering attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.</li>
<li>Support with SOCSO, EPF, and other statutory contribution submissions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help coordinate employee panel clinic and benefits administration.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4) Training &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Assist in organizing training sessions (safety, customer service, SOP refreshers).</li>
<li>Maintain training records and support employee development planning.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HR policies and transport industry regulations.</li>
</ul>
5) Employee Engagement
<ul>
<li>Help plan staff engagement programs and welfare activities.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support in handling staff grievances and HR correspondence.</li>
</ul>
