<li>The incumbent is responsible in providing 1st level support for all incidents triggered by an alert/event from the monitoring system.</li>
<li>Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.</li>
<li>Determine the best solutions based on the issue and details provided by customers.</li>
<li>Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and ensuring that all details are accurate and thoroughly documented.</li>
<li>Follow-up and update customer status and information.</li>
