As an integral part of the Media Sales team, this role will be the primary point of contact for clients or agencies once a campaign has been sealed by the Client Partner team, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the campaign execution process across Astro’s ecosystem. This role is critical in bridging the gap between a client’s needs and the company’s offerings, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty which is vital to the company’s revenue generation. Other responsibilities include:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the campaign execution process.
