This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing learning resources, and assisting with talent development initiatives to help the company achieve its vision of being Malaysia’s No. 1 Entertainment Destination.Your key responsibilities Learning &amp; Development Administration<ul><li>Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops including applying for e-visitor, arranging food &amp; beverage for trainings.</li><li>Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.</li><li>Maintain and update training materials, resources, and databases.</li><li>Assist in drafting and distributing communications related to training programs and talent initiatives.</li><li>Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and evaluation.</li><li>Support financial administration, including invoice requisition forms and monthly levy reports.</li><li>Support Human Resource Development Corporation administration, such as grant applications, levy payments, and JD14 forms.</li><li>Assist in eLearning Onboarding administrative updates, and site maintenance.</li><li>Oversee the learning facility management by keeping all resources, like equipment and technology, in good condition and finding ways to improve operations for a better learning environment</li></ul>Young Talents, Interns and Scholars Management<ul><li>Assist in the planning and execution of talent development and engagement events.</li><li>Handle general administrative duties such as filing, record-keeping, and responding to inquiries.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:Your qualification and skills<ul><li>Final year students in related field of bachelor’s degree such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology etc.</li><li>Strong sense of teamwork. Able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work together in a project or team environment.</li><li>Detailed oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven talent decisions.</li><li>Driven by progress and genuinely collaborating with others to make it happen.</li><li>A mindset that embraces curiosity and learning of all kinds and is open to being wrong and failing in the pursuit of learning.</li></ul>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
