Key Responsibilities:
Payroll &amp; HR Administration:

<li>Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and physical files.</li>
<li>Process HR-related invoices and track payments.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support, including filing, record management, leave administration, and data entry.</li>
<li>Address employee inquiries and provide timely responses.</li>
<li>Support the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.</li>

Training &amp; Development:
