Candidates with degrees in other fields but relevant experience are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event planning, and/or project management.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to write creatively and clearly is essential.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing mid to large-scale events end-to-end.</li><li>Solid project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables concurrently.</li><li>Creative design experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
