<li>Perform monthly bank reconciliation in Bukku to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.</li>
<li>Prepare and present monthly income statements.</li>
<li>Monitor and record purchases, ensuring all supplier invoices are accurately processed and payments are made on time.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized filing system for all payment records, ensuring ease of access and compliance with auditing requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Manage monthly statutory payments including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB, ensuring timely submission.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage insurance renewals and road tax for company-owned vehicles and properties, ensuring continuous coverage and compliance.</li>
<li>Provide necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries during the annual financial audit.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the superior.</li>
