History

&nbsp;Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment
a.    To develop effective talent recruitment strategies, including but not limited to full-time staff, part-time, casual, and internship position.
b.    To be responsible for the recruitment process, including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, arranging interviews, conducting references checks, etc.
c.    To coordinate all related processes for employee confirmation, resignation, handover process, exit interviews, etc. 
Employee Relations &amp; Culture
a.    To act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
b.    To address employee concerns and grievances, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
c.     To implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion. 
Training, Development &amp; Onboarding
a.       To prepare and implement in-house training program for all new staff on-boarding, including liaising with stakeholders.
b.       To identify and coordinate external training and development programs for AUG employees, including but not limited to the HRDF scheme.
c.       To coordinate external familiarization trips (FAM trips) organized by university partners.
d.       Responsible for AUG staff conference and social events/ activities.
e.       To ensure AUG culture is adhered and consistent. 
HR Management System (HRMS)
<ol>
<li>To be the administrator of the HR Platform, managing functions such as employee profiles, leave, claims, purchase requests and supplier claims.</li>
<li>To act as the liaison person between the Vendor and AUG for any requests, updates or changes.</li>
<li>To assist in creating and maintaining the HRMS guide and FAQs.</li>
<li>To conduct training on how to properly use the HRMS. </li>
</ol>
HR Policies &amp; Compliance
a.     To stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.
b.     To develop and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to the workforce.
c.     To conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes aligned with legal requirements.

Coaching &amp; Team Development

<li>To conduct regular team meetings.</li>
<li>To maintain discipline and professionalism among team.</li>
<li>To motivate, mentor and coach team members.</li>
<li>To update team on AUG’s development/ events/ activities.</li>
