Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
a. To develop effective talent recruitment strategies, including but not limited to full-time staff, part-time, casual, and internship position.
b. To be responsible for the recruitment process, including vetting candidates, shortlisting qualified candidates, arranging interviews, conducting references checks, etc.
c. To coordinate all related processes for employee confirmation, resignation, handover process, exit interviews, etc.
Employee Relations & Culture
a. To act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
b. To address employee concerns and grievances, maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
c. To implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and team cohesion.
Training, Development & Onboarding
a. To prepare and implement in-house training program for all new staff on-boarding, including liaising with stakeholders.
b. To identify and coordinate external training and development programs for AUG employees, including but not limited to the HRDF scheme.
c. To coordinate external familiarization trips (FAM trips) organized by university partners.
d. Responsible for AUG staff conference and social events/ activities.
e. To ensure AUG culture is adhered and consistent.
HR Management System (HRMS)
HR Policies & Compliance
a. To stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.
b. To develop and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to the workforce.
c. To conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes aligned with legal requirements.
