Position: Admin Intern

Location: Empire City, Damansara

Job Type: Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Organize and maintain documents, files, and records
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Handle data entry and update internal systems
• Support coordination of internal tasks and team activities
• Assist with basic finance/admin tasks (invoices, receipts, tracking expenses)
• Help ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
