<li>This role supports complaint and enquiries management,dealer coordination ,technical follow-up ,and digital community engagement.</li>
<li>The position also participates in a rotational weekend and after -hours duty roster</li>
<li>Handle customer enquiries ,feedback and complaints across omni-channels including email,phone ,soscial media and walk-ins</li>
<li>Monitor Facebook , Instagram, Tiktok and proactively respond to comments ,messages &amp; complaints.</li>
<li>Manage urgent breakdown &amp; escalation cases over the weekend and prepare operational ,VOC &amp; simple soscial media reports.</li>
</ul>
Working Hours 10:00-7:00 PM 
13:00 -22:00 PM 
(Alternate Working Saturday &amp; Sunday ) - Weekend Duty Allowance &amp; Shift Allowance

• Handle omni-channel enquiries, complaints, dealer coordination and tech follow-up.  
• Work with an active digital community on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.  
• Own escalations on alternate weekend shifts, with weekend duty and shift allowances!

• Urus aduan omni-channel, koordinasi pengedar, susulan teknikal dan respon komuniti.  
• Syarikat aktif di Facebook, Instagram &amp; TikTok.  
• Tangani kes kecemasan/eskalasi, sediakan laporan VOC dan terima elaun hujung minggu &amp; shift, peluang maju kerjaya!
