A Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing corporate (B2B) client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate must be able to work independently, identify client issues, and solve sales-related problems with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage corporate / B2B client accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively source new corporate clients
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Conduct sales presentations and product briefings to corporate clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Identify client issues and resolve sales-related problems independently with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in corporate sales / B2B sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage own sales pipeline
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle client issues independently
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required)
